Calling all ATS readers and volunteers! The ATS PTA Book Fair will take place Monday, November 17 - Friday morning, November 21. We are thrilled to once again partner with the Arlington nonprofit Read Early And Daily (R.E.A.D.) to host this year’s book fair with the famous Pajama Mama! The book fair shopping hours are listed below and are open for both students and families: 

• Monday, November 17: 8am to 3pm
  
  
• Tuesday, November 18: 8am to 3pm
  
  
• Wednesday, November 19: 8am to 5pm AND 6pm to 8pm

(Family Shopping concurrent with Ice Cream Social)

• Thursday, November 20: 8am to 3pm
  
  
• Friday, November 21: 8am to 10am

We need your help to ensure this event runs smoothly.

We're Thankful for our ATS All Star Teachers & Staff!

Last month, ATS was once again rated the #1 Public Elementary School in the state of Virginia by Niche.com! As we all know, this is a testament to our amazing teachers, staff, and school leadership who work hard every day to ensure our children succeed. The PTA will be celebrating this achievement with lunch and treats for staff on Monday, November 24th.

In addition to lunch, we'd like to "chalk the walk" with congratulatory messages from students to our staff.

Please come to ATS on Sunday, November 23rd between 3-4pm to chalk messages outside the front door and walkways. We know this will be a fun surprise for staff to see on Monday morning. The PTA will provide the chalk!
