Fall Fest is back on Saturday, October 24, from 11am–2pm, and we need YOU to help make it a memorable day for our ATS Stars!

We're looking for parents, families, alumni, and guardians to lead and support stations like

• Zoofari
• Bake Sale
• Carnival Games
• Inflatables
• Facepainting
• Pumpkin Craft
• Wheel of Fortune

We're also collecting stuffed animal donations for Zoofari and item donations for the Raffle and Chili Cook Off.

Ready, set, create! The PTA National Reflections contest is back at ATS, inviting every student to explore this year’s theme, What My Culture Means to Me, in the form of literature, film, dance, music, photography, or visual arts.

Submissions are required for students in grades 3-5 and encouraged for grades K-2. Entries this year will be due on Wednesday, November 11.

Entry forms will be coming home in upcoming Friday folders with guidance on in-person or virtual submission. (All types of art - including sculptures and paintings - can be submitted electronically by taking photos.)

Calling all girls in 3rd - 5th grade! Join our own 5th grade teacher, Ms. Schaffer, for an exciting 8 week running club focused on fitness, fun, and building confidence - all leading up to a celebratory 5K on November 13th.

Boys Gotta Run will be coached by Melanie Mickelson-Graham. Practices will be on Tuesdays 2:50-3:50PM running for 8 weeks, ending with a 5K on November 17th. BGR is open to boys grades 3rd-5th.

The boys will meet in the library and then head to Madison Manor. Pick up will be at the front doors, and extended day will return to the cafeteria.

Are you interested in playing pickup basketball with other parents at ATS in a fun, non-competitive environment? The PTA is sponsoring a weekly Open Gym night for ATS parents. This is a great opportunity to get some exercise, meet other ATS parents, and have some fun.

Games will be played weekly on Tuesday nights from 7:00-9:00pm in the ATS gym, starting September 15.

Adult players of all levels are welcome to join (no kids will be participating in the games). There is no cost to play. If you are interested, please send an email to Abbas Ravjani.
