ATS Seeking Enrichment Coordinator: Paid After School Position

To help with our after-school enrichment programs through Baroody, ATS is seeking an on-site coordinator who will oversee and help manage the program. This individual does not need to be a class instructor, but is focused on helping with the logistics of running the programs. Please reach out to Kristen O'Brien if interested in the position.

• What: Assist and ensure smooth functioning of Baroody after-school classes for students and ATS.
• Pay: $20/hr
• Time Commitment: Generally, 2 hrs after school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Baroody programs typically run for 7 week sessions in the winter and spring when school is in session. Ideally, we would like the same coordinator for the full year but are open to splitting up the sessions.
• Duties: Distribute and collect class rosters, help ensure all instructors are at their classroom on time and communicate if there are absences, assist with student dismissal, ensure classrooms are appropriately cleaned/reset, assist with any disruptive students and ensure following of ATS rules.

The On-Site Coordinator will communicate with the Baroody Camps Enrichment Director, PTA representatives, and parents when necessary on all matters related to the operation of programs.
