Fall Festival Volunteers Needed!

Date: 9/26/2026 4:48 pm

ATS FF Brown

The Fall Festival is one of our favorite ATS traditions, and it wouldn't be possible without our amazing community! We're looking for parents, guardians, and friends to pitch in and make this year's festival a success.

There are lots of ways to get involved:

  • Help run a game or activity booth
  • Assist with set-up or clean-up
  • Donate baked goods or raffle items
  • Join the fun at special events like the Cake Parade, Chili Cook-Off, or Zoofari

Whether you can give an hour or the whole afternoon, every hand makes a difference. Sign up here to be part of the fun! Let's make this year's Fall Festival one to remember for our ATS Stars and families!

Help Carry On a Tradition
This is the final year our wonderful parents, Ellen and Jessica will lead the Teacher Experience and Raffle, and we're so grateful for all they've done! We're looking for a few parents to shadow them this year and learn the process so these favorites can continue next fall. Interested? Note it on the Sign-Up Genius or email Kailin Burns.

Chili Cook-Off
Calling all chefs! Families, students, teachers, and staff are invited to enter their best chili at the Fall Festival Chili Cook-Off. Beef, chicken, veggie, Cincinnati or Texas style, spicy or mild: it's all welcome! We'll provide bowls, spoons, and toppings; you bring a crock of chili to share. Compete for bragging rights as the best chili in all of ATS! So grab your recipe and enter today!

Cake Parade
Students (K–5) and alumni are invited to bake and enter a themed cake in the annual Cake Parade! Drop off your cake in the ATS cafeteria by 10:00 am. Winners will be chosen by grade, and the more cakes we have, the more families get to take one home. Let's make this year's parade the sweetest yet! Will you be the next ATS Cake Boss?

Zoofari Stuffed Animal Drive
Help make Zoofari magical! We're collecting new or gently used, clean stuffed animals for the Fall Festival on Saturday, October 24. Please drop them in the collection box by the cafeteria by Friday, October 23. Thank you for helping create a fun experience for everyone!
