Help lead on the PTA Board for next year! There are so many ways to serve and we need you to help support our wonderful ATS community!

The following Board positions are available:
First Vice President / President-Elect: Fancy yourself being PTA President someday? The First VP is the perfect opportunity to learn the ropes and get an inside look at everything going on with the PTA. From events, to teacher appreciation, to community advocacy, the PTA President covers all the issues. Help prepare the PTA to have solid leadership for years to come. Time Commitment: 5 hours/month.
Fall Festival Co-Chair: This is one of our longstanding traditions at ATS and an event that your kids love. You'll work with the amazing Kailin Burns who helped lead the event this year. Most of the work involves planning, booking and ordering at the beginning of the school year, but some summer planning is required. Time Commitment: 5 hours in the summer; Most of the work is between Aug-October and especially the 3 weeks leading up to the event. Approx 40 hours in total.
Auction Co-Chair: Help us plan the funnest night of the year for ATS parents and raise funds for our amazing school! You'll work with very experienced co-chairs, Emily McCarty and Carla Wilson, and will be focused on the Online portion of our event, which will include managing the platform that families use to bid on items. No prior experience required. Time Commitment: 2-3 hours/month throughout the year and more focused attention during certain months leading up to the auction.
Restaurant Night Co-Chair: Calling all foodies. Jessica Viator has been leading our community building restaurant nights for the past few years, and she'll be moving on soon. We need a new foodie to learn from her and carry on this monthly tradition. Time Commitment: 2-3 hours/month.
Room Parent Liaison: The PTA has a dedicated Board member that helps provide guidance and resources to support room parents. Amanda Miesionczek has a great system in place and you'd step in an lead this coordination. Time Commitment: 2-3 hours/month.
Co-Vice President, Fundraising: Responsible for coordinating all of our efforts to raise funds to support our teachers and students. Will work in close coordination with the other Co-VP, who led this last year (Christina McMahon). Time Commitment: 5 hours/month.
