PTA Expense Claim Deadline

For anyone that has an outstanding reimbursement needed from the PTA, please see below for the EOY deadlines.  

Please submit all expense claims no later than June 20th.  Ensure that all required documentation and receipts are included to facilitate timely processing.  Kindly refer here for reimbursement form.

Check Presentation for Clearing

All checks received must be presented for clearing no later than June 27th.  This will help us maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
