Volunteer Opportunity: ATS Fall Festival

Date:

Fall Theme with scarecrow for Fall FestivalThe Fall Festival is one of our favorite ATS traditions — and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of our amazing community! We’re looking for parents, guardians, and friends to pitch in and make this year’s festival a success.
There are lots of ways to get involved:

  • Help run a game or activity booth
  • Assist with set-up or clean-up
  • Donate baked goods or supplies
  • Join the fun at special events like Cake Parade, Chili Cook-Off, or Zoofari

Whether you can give an hour or the whole afternoon, every hand makes a difference.

 Chili Cook-Off

Calling all chefs! Families, students, teachers, and staff are invited to enter their best chili at the Fall Festival Chili Cook-Off. Beef, chicken, veggie, Cincinnati or Texas style—spicy or mild—it’s all welcome! We’ll provide bowls, spoons, and toppings; you bring your crock of chili to share. Compete for bragging rights as the best chili in all of ATS!

Cake Parade

Students (K–5) and alumni are invited to bake and enter a themed cake in the annual Cake Parade! Drop off your cake in the ATS cafeteria by 9:00 am. Winners will be chosen by grade, and the more cakes we have, the more families get to take one home. Let’s make this year’s parade the sweetest yet!
